At GuardianBell, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original GuardianBell packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

Ship the Item

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind during transit.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
